This is the Blacksher House...the local haunted house. In the 1950's old man Blacksher went crazy and murdered his family then hung hisself off the balcony.Legend says he still occupies the house.People would move in but none would stay to long. The place was beautiful but today it had been vandalised and not a window remains and it has over 40 windows in it.The inside is a total wreck with demonic writtings everywhere.

Shot with a Hoya R72 filter on a Minolta DiMAGE 7 toned in PSP.

Woah that's scarry. It's a very good picture though. I like the angle, and those trees are so cool.
haha, it makes me feel like I'm laying on the ground looking up at it. It kindda makes my neck hurt actually.

extremely haunting capture. the longer you look at it, the shaprer the details in the hidden darkness clear as you eyes adjust to tones. the offset cropping on the sides of the house and the unparallel-ness (if that's even a word) of the balcony and matting, throws the shot off a little. and in an akward kind of way adds to the uneasy feeling of this peice. the matting if flawless and the toning in this shot are amazing.

this remindes me of the house in stephen king's bag of bones.

great work.

Very nice. I really like the contrast tones between the trees and plants and the house. The plantlife really seems to frame the photo very well. :)
